He has been a contributing editor for the Bank Administration Institute magazine. He is a graduate of the University of Exeter, Devon, United Kingdom, and has a Certificate in Global Leadership from Thunderbird, School of Global Management, Glendale, Arizona. He teaches Internet Marketing and Microeconomics at South Mountain Community College, Phoenix, Arizona.
He is President of the Rotary Club of Tempe Downtown, and a Paul Harris Fellow. He is a member of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Government Relations and Transportation Committee, and a member of the Business Development Council of the Tempe Chamber of Commerce. He has served on the boards of the Enterprise Network and The Indus Entrepreneurs (Arizona), and was Chairman of the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce Business Technology Forum.
